|  While the name of the child pressing charges in the Michael Jackson child molestation case is publicly available and has been made public by some media outlets, AboutMichaelJackson.com, wishing to respect the privacy of a minor, is not disclosing it here.
The information we are willing to provide has been gleaned from a variety of sources and questions of accuracy place us in the position of only releasing sketchy information, which still may be inaccurate.
Suffice it to say that:
- The boy is 12 years old.
- The boy is a recovering cancer patient and is currently battling kidney issues.
- The boy's parents are divorced.
- The family does have financial issues.
